Please ensure you are able to collect your packages between Sunday 23rd August and Wednesday 26th August. If you are an international visitor, a dedicated collection will be held on Saturday 29th August.
Orders will not be posted.
Please note that all purchases and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
You MUST be 21 or older at the time of the event. (Photo ID will be required at distribution.) We reserve the right to refuse service. A photo of your ID will be taken at distribution.
You must keep up with payment schedules as set out by the band and/or your section leader. Failure to do so could result in the forfeiture of your costume without notice.
Our intention is to ensure your costume is as close to the prototype as possible; however, please note that costumes are subject to minor changes depending on whether we are able to source the exact materials used for the prototype. This is due to the availability of materials sourced from third parties.
Any costumes requiring alterations will be kept to a minimum and remain within the band’s theme.
As all costumes are made to measure due to the nature in which they are produced, we are unable to offer refunds or make alterations. Each costume is custom-made to the specific details you provide. Each section leader will provide a grace period to amend sizes and boywear options only.
Please also note that the number of gems used is dependent on size; therefore, larger cup sizes may appear to have fewer gems compared to smaller cup sizes.
You agree to be photographed and recorded during the carnival by our media team for social and promotional purposes.
We ensure all our costumes are durable; however, due to the excessive crowds at carnival, damages beyond our control may occur. We are not responsible for any damages that take place on the road.
Whilst we are unable to refund any deposits, if there are unfortunate circumstances, we would be happy to assist in selling your costume by offering it to our customers within our database.
In the event that NHC is cancelled or postponed for any reason, the non-refundable rule still applies. Any monies paid up to that point will be transferred to the new proposed date of NHC or to the following year’s NHC, whichever is sooner.
